Hazardous Material Handling Fee

A hazardous material fee may apply depending on what is found on-site.

Mold-Contaminated Debris – $100 – $225
Sewage-Contaminated Items – $125 – $275
Fire-Damaged Debris – $125 – $325
Biohazard/Sharps – $175 – $450

Fee is added per job, not per item. Includes PPE, safe handling, and disposal compliance.
